Sea Shell Santa is a charming Christmas ornament that is eighth in a series of Santa's head ornaments. Inspired by a Polish glass Christmas ornament, this project is worked on 18ct white Mono canvas. This ornament is a wonderful project for the basic intermediate stitcher. The design measures approximately 5 1/2" square and includes Basketweave, Satin Stitch, Nobuko and Oval Smyrna Crosses. Using these stitches and a combination of velour, metallic threads, floss and Charleston, the student will be able to create this ornament in time for this Christmas. |
