Moon Pie Kitty is a charming addition to a series of Halloween Cookie Ornaments.  Stitched on 18ct. White Mono canvas, it features a fun array of fibers and stitches including Burmilana, Hi-Lights, Kreinik Metallics, Splendor Silk, and Shimmer Blend Ribbon Floss.  Stitches include Smyrna Crosses, Amadeus, Victorian Step, and Alternating Oblong Cross as well as a star charm embellishment.  The ornament is finished as a flat backed cookie that can be turned into an ornament with the addition of a silk ribbon hanger. 

The completed design is a 6” circle.  The kit includes all threads and embellishments, as well as complete instructions and a photo.  Finishing options will be discussed in class.  The student will be asked to provide 9” x 9” stretcher bars and the usual stitching supplies, including lighting and magnification if needed.
