Buttons The Clown is an adorable little fellow. He stands about 8 1/2" tall and is reminiscent of the roly-poly punching bag clown that almost everyone had as a child. Stitched in a variety of bright, fun threads and stitches the student will learn several techniques included how to manipulate silk ribbons to create dimensional flowers for his lapel and an appliqué technique for his patches. Buttons will be personalized by each student with buttons that she brings from home. Students are encouraged to bring extra buttons to trade in class. |
